3. Student Registration

• Students must provide accurate personal and academic information during registration
• Parents/guardians must provide consent for minor students
• Each student account is for individual use only
• Students are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials

4. Fees and Payments

• Tuition fees are due as per the schedule communicated at the time of admission
• Late payments may result in access restrictions to certain services
• Fees once paid are non-refundable unless specified otherwise
• We reserve the right to modify fee structures with prior notice

5. Code of Conduct

Students are expected to:

• Attend classes regularly and punctually
• Maintain discipline and respect towards teachers and fellow students
• Complete assignments and participate in assessments
• Not share study materials or login credentials with non-registered individuals
• Not engage in any form of cheating or academic dishonesty

All study materials, content, and resources provided by Vardaan Learning Institute are protected by copyright. Students may use these materials for personal educational purposes only. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

7. Attendance and Leave

• Regular attendance is mandatory for optimal learning outcomes
• Parents must inform the institute in advance for planned absences
• Extended absence without notice may affect the student's enrollment status
• Make-up classes may be arranged at the discretion of the institute

8. Limitation of Liability

Vardaan Learning Institute strives to provide quality education but does not guarantee specific academic results. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend a student's enrollment for violation of these terms, non-payment of fees, or conduct that disrupts the learning environment. Students may also voluntarily discontinue services with proper notice.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes through email or platform notifications.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand.
